Sawaddee Ka!

Hello everyone!  My name is Mona Ballard. I have been a massage therapist since 2013, with traditional Thai Massage training from Wat Pho, Thailand. In 2018, I received extensive training in western style massage from Hawaii Healing Arts College and I gained a great deal of experience working in various spas and massage practices in Thailand, Hawaii, and Florida.  Through my advanced training, I have slowly developed my unique style of massage that brings the best of eastern and western modalities and offers my clients incredibly effective massage and bodywork sessions.

Today, my family and I are so happy to call the Florida Panhandle our home. Specifically, the area of 30A which offers such warmth and hospitality, I am dedicated to serving the people of 30A as well as visitors to this special place. I am confident that my skills can help my clients to reach their health goals.
