Rates are all inclusive. No tip.
In rare situations, we may need to adjust your appointment time up or down
within 30 mins range (with your permission) to prevent time conflict
Thank you for being flexible.
You will be asked to provide your credit card information for no-show protection purposes in the encrypted booking system. Your card will not be charged at the booking.
Payment will be taken at the session. Credit cards are preferred as we are a cashless business.
We have a strict 48 hours cancellation policy.
If you have to make changes, reschedule or cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We will be sending you a reminder e-mail and confirmation text for your appointment.
A cancellation or reschedule within that 48 hour window before your session, you will be charged 100% of your appointment rate.
You are welcome to find someone to fill your appointment as long as I am informed beforehand, and they have filled the intake form.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Wear comfortable clothing that provides for easy movements (t-shirts, tank top, shorts, loose pants). Please be prepared to remove all your jewelry. There may be situations where oil or lotion is being used on the skin and some clothing may be removed. Essential oils are often used in the session so if you have any allergies to any oils
