TREATMENT MODALITIES
All my treatments are combinations of different modalities depending on your goals.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai massage typically works with compression — rhythmic pressing movements directed into muscle tissues by either the hand or fingers. Thai massage usually takes place on a futon mat on the floor, with the client wearing loose or stretchy clothing like yoga gear. The therapist is also on the mat and moves your body into various stretches and positions, without any work on your part. This is why it is sometimes called "lazy man's yoga". Thai massage can be both relaxing and energizing, so it is a good choice if you want to be active after your massage.

SWEDISH AND DEEP TISSUE
Swedish massage involves a combination of techniques and is generally performed using light-to-medium pressure. Your therapist will use their hands, forearms, and elbows to manipulate your muscles’ superficial layers. This includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and tapping
Deep tissue massages target deeper muscle structures and fascia (also known as connective tissue) to release tension deep within the tissue. Thumbs, fists, and elbows are use to penetrate deep into the muscle and connective tissue to release tension and deep knots

CUPPING
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue

WARRIOR MASSAGE
The unique Thai Warrior Massage is a an ancient Thai massage method, passed down generation to generation, that was developed to return battle weary warriors to full fighting strength as quickly as possible. Modern Thai Yoga Massage combines ancient Thai Warrior Massage techniques and traditional Thai yoga exercises (Ruesri Dat Ton). Thai Yoga Massage is a intense deep-tissue experience, designed to aid:
